At Zermat, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unused or gently used products in their original packaging, ensuring all caps and lids are securely tightened to prevent leaks during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel, covering any previous shipping marks.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
